Time management for OC small business

This is my first post on the blog of my redesigned website, http://www.spatialclarity.com. I’m excited about the opportunity to share my expertise, experience, and thoughts about organizing and creating a balanced life.

In a perfect world, managing time and setting priorities would be based a combination of your values, goals, personal obligations and commitments. The reality is that people and events beyond our control place demands on our time; the velocity and pace of life has increased dramatically, and the number of choices has increased along with it. Between doing everything we think we should do, and all of the tasks we are required to do, life can become overwhelming.

Effective time management can reduce stress and decrease the overwhelm. The most important aspect of selecting a time management system is that it be the best one for you; for your learning style, your life style, and the amount of structure you are comfortable with on a daily basis. Determining what works best for you, and incorporating those practices into your daily routine, will increase your productivity and satisfaction.
