Susan Eleftherakis, professional organizer, coach, and process improvement facilitator, has established herself as an expert at streamlining business process, procedures and systems . By identifying the issues that block her clients’ success, she collaborates to create a plan for improvement, and provides the leadership and guidance to implement the plan.
Ms. Eleftherakis grew up in a suburb of Boston, MA. After earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Textile Technology, she spent 15 years working with engineers in discrete manufacturing. Starting as a production scheduler, Ms. Eleftherakis progressed to materials planning and documentation management. Ultimately she planned and managed new product development projects, from inception with marketing to delivery to the production floor, for Teradyne Laser Systems, a manufacturer of precision test equipment.
During the last half of the 1990’s, as a top-performing senior application analyst on the customer support team at Marcam, Inc., Ms. Eleftherakis provided phone and on-site support for their ERP software products, PRISM and Protean, used to manage production, resources, planning, and quality for process manufacturing companies. She became an expert trouble-shooter and trained both co-workers and customers in the use of the software, and was known for her technical writing skill and ability to document software bugs and establish procedures for quality testing of new products.
Being on the front lines in support of the customer in the late 90’s, when Marcam was fiercely competing for market share, Ms. Eleftherakis learned firsthand the meaning of dedication to customer satisfaction and aligning customer needs with the goals of customer support for growth and continuous improvement. She was selected to write the Quality Manual and represent customer support on the quality management team for ISO 9001 certification.
With an innate ability to organize and simplify, years of managing engineering projects and observing businesses flounder or fail, Ms. Eleftherakis moved to California in 2000 to establish the vocation that matched her passion: To enable business owners to establish the game plan to document systems, streamline business operations, lower costs, increase productivity, and achieve success while delivering the highest quality of service to their customers.
